The Ordung Building was constructed in 2011 with funds donated to the Rock County Historical Society by Allison Ordung to preserve our agricultural heritage.  Early settlers used the hand tools and machines found in this building to work the surrounding land. . The building houses farming equipment, hand tools, and some business equipment that was horse drawn or steam driven.  Also parked in the Ordung building are two early models of fire engines, built by Luverne Fire Apparatus. There is a 1948 Luverne fire engine donated by the Beaver Creek fire department and a 1927 Luverne fire engine donated by the Luverne fire department.  Both fire engines are in working condition and can be seen in action at local parades and special events.
